November Training Schedule

NOTE: "Gameday Speed" and "Expert Trainer to Go!" clients please remember to complete your specialized workouts, with your group/partner or independently, in addition to your evaluation.

Evaluation Locations-
*Desoto Soccer Fields- Satellite Beach
*Fred Lee Park- Palm Bay

"Gameday Speed Training" clients (now limited to 12 clients) will be given an evaluation session each quarter (January, April, July, and October) at one of the above locations

"Expert Trainer  to Go!" clients evaluation will be given through our Vital Force online system

Beginning in December, all Studio sessions will be held at the Melbourne Athletic Club located at:
1411 Highland Ave., Melbourne FL 32935
