NOTE: This Training Outside of Practice (TOP) system is designed for the busy, competitive athlete ages 13 and older who needs professional coaching, but also has a team/club practice and travel schedule to contend with. The program entails screening and evaluation every six weeks. After the completion of the initial evaluation, you will then begin a personal program of supplemental work specifically-designed to address any weakness revealed in the evaluation.

Every quarter, You will complete another evaluation with Coach Blount to further determine needs and development in functional movement and athletic ability for your sport.
Our research has shown that extensive development in successful athletes takes place in what we call "TOP training." TOP training is performing specialized exercise above and beyond your team's scheduled practices. The exercise is athletic-ability related as opposed to the skill-related work that is usually the center of your practices. The training addresses your weaknesses that are identified through our assessment.
The discipline developed by using this system, as well as, the athletic-ability that you will improve on will enhance your gameday speed and has been the difference in giving our athletes the winning edge!
